Avion Express, the leading narrow-body ACMI and charter airline, has expanded its fleet to 50 A320 family aircraft, an increase of 212% since 2021.
The company attributes this achievement to the rising global demand for ACMI services, which offer benefits such as cost savings and flexibility for airlines.
The company’s CEO Darius Kajokas said that Avion Express has been able to serve its current clients better by expanding its fleet and plans to further increase it to 100 aircraft by 2027. He also said that the company is exploring new markets in South America by setting up an ACMI / Charter airline in Brazil.
