Way2VAT appoints new CFO with international experience

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Way2VAT, a global leader in automated VAT claim and recovery solutions, has announced the appointment of Evyatar Cohen as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from 27 July 2023.

Evyatar Cohen has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO and financial consultant for several public and private companies in various industries, such as high-tech, bio-tech, oil and gas, entertainment and media, and venture capital.

He has also worked at PwC in Tel-Aviv and New York, overseeing multinational audit engagements. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both the US and Israel and holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Masters of Law from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Evyatar Cohen will replace Smadar Noy, who will step down from the CFO position on 27 July 2023.

Amos Simantov thanked Smadar Noy for her significant contribution to the business and wished her all the best in her future endeavours.
