Asia Strategic Holdings to launch coding schools for kids in Vietnam and Myanmar

LONDON, UK: Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd. (LSE: ASIA), a developer and operator of consumer businesses in emerging Asia, has announced that it has signed an exclusive franchising deal with Logiscool, kft, a Hungarian company that teaches coding and digital literacy to children in fun-based after-school centres.

Logiscool has over 185,000 students across about 170 locations in 35 countries. It uses a unique educational platform that helps children transition from visual coding to text-based programming languages, such as Python, Unity, Godot or C#.

The Company will pay Logiscool an initial fee and ongoing service fees as a percentage of revenues. The fees are in line with similar franchising deals entered into by the Company.

The Company plans to open its first two centres in Yangon and Ho Chi Minh by the end of 2023, using its operational expertise and resources on the ground.

The founders of Logiscool said that they were delighted to partner with Asia Strategic Holdings to boost digital literacy and future-proof the younger generations in Vietnam and Myanmar.
