LONDON, UK: Surface Transforms plc (AIM:SCE), a leading manufacturer of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic automotive brake discs, has announced the appointment of Isabelle Maddock as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of the Board.

Maddock, who previously served as CFO at James Cropper plc for nine years, will assume her new role on September 4, 2023.

With three decades of finance experience across various sectors and a fellowship at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Maddock brings a wealth of expertise to Surface Transforms. During her time at James Cropper plc, an advanced materials and paper products manufacturing group, she held senior financial positions before being promoted to the board of directors in 2014.

Leveraging her finance and manufacturing experience, she aims to help Surface Transforms achieve its goals and looks forward to collaborating with the management team and talented workforce in building a successful future.

As of now, Isabelle Maddock does not hold any shares in Surface Transforms. Her directorships in the past five years were exclusively related to James Cropper plc and its subsidiaries.
