Professor Dudley Kingsnorth, AR3 Board Chairman, expressed delight in welcoming Travis Beinke as the CEO, emphasizing the immense value his experience brings to the company’s Koppamurra rare earths project in South Australia. Kingsnorth highlighted the rapid progress AR3 is making in resource growth, metallurgical testing, and off-take discussions. Beinke will lead an exceptional team and ensure the continued generation of value as the Koppamurra project advances.

Kingsnorth took the opportunity to thank Rick Pobjoy for his diligent work as the Acting Managing Director since August 2022. Pobjoy’s dedication to driving the company’s successful exploration program while fulfilling his Managing Director responsibilities was acknowledged and appreciated.

Incoming CEO Travis Beinke expressed his enthusiasm for leading Australian Rare Earths as they advance the Koppamurra project, a significant rare earths mineral province hosted by ionic-clay, located in South Australia. Beinke expressed gratitude towards Rick Pobjoy and the rest of the AR3 team for their efforts in propelling the company’s growth since its initial public offering (IPO) less than two years ago. Notably, AR3 now boasts a JORC resource exceeding 100 million tonnes, with ongoing drilling targeting a 1.4 billion tonne exploration target.

Beinke eagerly anticipates collaborating with the AR3 team and stakeholders to shape the next chapter of the company’s journey. With a well-capitalized balance sheet supporting an accelerated program of drilling, metallurgical test work, and discussions with potential off-take partners, the upcoming months hold great promise for Australian Rare Earths and the Koppamurra project.
