LONDON, UK: Tremor International Ltd., a global leader in data-driven video and Connected TV advertising technology, has unveiled a comprehensive rebranding initiative that consolidates its portfolio under the unified brand name Nexxen.
The strategic move aims to streamline operations and enhance the company’s ability to deliver effective and targeted advertising solutions across all screens, with a particular focus on Connected TV (CTV).
The rebranding encompasses key business units within Tremor International’s portfolio, including the demand-side platforms (DSP) Amobee and Tremor Video, the supply-side platform (SSP) Unruly, and the CTV ad server Spearad. Going forward, these units will operate as the Nexxen DSP, Nexxen SSP, Nexxen Ad Server, and Nexxen CTRL (the combined SSP and ad server).
Nexxen’s integrated platform bridges the gap between buying and selling by providing a unified and cohesive solution tailored for video and CTV advertising. The platform leverages advanced and exclusive data, such as automatic content recognition (ACR) data, to optimize campaigns throughout the entire lifecycle. By addressing industry challenges, Nexxen minimizes wasteful spending and maximizes the effectiveness of media investments, catering to premium content and targeted audiences at scale.
Following the integration of Amobee earlier in 2023, brands, agencies, and media companies can leverage Nexxen’s capabilities for various aspects of their advertising strategies, including discovery, cross-platform planning, activation, measurement, and optimization.
Ofer Druker, Chief Executive Officer of Tremor International, expressed the vision behind Nexxen, stating, “This new chapter is grounded in delivering meaningful value, capitalizing on the collective strength of our technology, data, and services to work in the ways that are most impactful to brands, agencies, and publishers.” Druker emphasized Nexxen’s ability to provide superior outcomes through advanced audience discovery and planning tools, cross-platform capabilities for converged linear and CTV advertising, unique data sets including ACR, and powerful, dynamic data-driven creative.
In conjunction with the rebranding, the company plans to seek shareholder approval to change the listed parent company name from Tremor International Ltd. to Nexxen International Ltd. The proposed change will be voted upon at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). No anticipated changes to the company’s share structure or key identifiers, such as CUSIP, ISIN, or SEDOL codes, are expected at this time.
