Venom Foundation launches Virtual Hackathon to encourage innovation on its blockchain platform

Venom Foundation, in collaboration with DoraHacks, Developer DAO, and Hacken, is set to host its first virtual hackathon. The event is aimed at providing developers with the necessary tools and resources to build on the Venom blockchain.

Registrations will start on the 27th of April, while the hackathon will kick off on the 8th of May, 2023. The hackathon is a significant development following the launch of Venom’s testnet, which will allow developers to test and debug dApps and blockchain protocols, promoting innovation and community building within the ecosystem.

Participants can submit their projects before the 10th of June, 2023, and a panel of judges will evaluate the submissions. The hackathon will be divided into three tracks, and the winners will receive cash prizes, free security audits, and other incentives. The total prize pool is $225,000. The hackathon will conclude with an award ceremony on the 17th of June, 2023.
