AF Legal Group CEO, Stace Boardman has resigned

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: AF Legal Group Limited (ASX: AFL) has announced the resignation of Ms Stace Boardman as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as she wishes to explore other opportunities.

Ms Boardman will continue to work as a consultant for the company until the end of July 2023 to ensure a smooth transition. The AFL Chairman, Rick Dennis, expressed his gratitude towards Ms Boardman for her contribution to the company during her tenure as Chief Operating Officer and CEO.

He acknowledged her achievements in creating a national operating platform and a model for integrating acquisitions that aided the company’s growth. Ms Boardman also expressed her enjoyment working with the AFL Group during their early and significant growth period and expressed her desire to assist the new leadership team in her transition.

Former Executive Chairman and current Legal Practice Director, Mr Grant Dearlove, and current COO and CFO, Mr Chris McFadden, will take over Ms Boardman’s role to continue executing the company’s ‘AFL:3.0 Strategy’.
