PARIS, FRANCE: European cybersecurity software publisher, WALLIX, has launched We Edu, a program that aims to train cybersecurity students in a leading Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
The program provides educational resources and licenses of WALLIX PAM4ALL, a unified digital access management solution, to partner schools and universities.
The initiative is aimed at addressing the talent shortage in the cybersecurity industry, which currently has a global shortage of 3.7 million specialists. WALLIX’s first We Edu partnership is with ESIEA, a leading engineering school in computer and digital sciences.
The use of WALLIX PAM4ALL solution as part of practical work courses allows students to gain practical knowledge in addition to theoretical knowledge. The initiative aligns with the France 2030 national cybersecurity acceleration strategy, which aims to develop the country’s cybersecurity industry and address the talent shortage in the sector.
