Upon obtaining this license, BHM Capital will be able to provide financial consultation to issuing companies, manage the offering process on their behalf, act as the primary communication link between the issuer, SCA and the financial market, ensure that the issuer fulfills all the requirements for offering shares, provide an electronic & printed subscription prospectus that includes all the necessary information for investors and cover the remaining securities that have not been subscribed for.
