LONDON, UK: AVI Global Trust plc announced that Graham Kitchen, a non-executive Director of the Company since January 2019, will become Chairman following the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 20 December 2022.
Graham Kitchen succeeds Susan Noble, who has been a non-executive Director since 2012 and Chairman since December 2017, and who will retire at the AGM.
Graham has over 25 years’ experience as an investment manager at Invesco, Threadneedle and, until March 2018, Janus Henderson, where he was global head of equities. Graham is non-executive chair of two unlisted investment management companies, PPT Asset Management UK Ltd and Trillium Asset Management UK Ltd, and a non-executive director of the Mercantile Investment Trust plc. In the social enterprise sector, he is a director of Places for People.
Susan Noble said: “It has been a true honour for me to serve as Chairman over the past five years. I am delighted to welcome Graham as my successor, and I am confident that under his leadership, AVI Global Trust will continue to thrive.”
