SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Peet Limited announced the appointment of Tony Gallagher to the new position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
Peet Limited is an Australian real estate development company focused on creating master-planned residential communities and medium density and apartment developments for homebuyers across Australia.
Tony Gallagher joined Peet in 2013 and since that time has played a key role in both the development of Peet’s strategy and the achievement of its operating performance. He was most recently the Regional General Manager of the Company’s east coast business and will continue to be based in Melbourne and reporting directly to Peet’s Managing Director and CEO, Mr Brendan Gore.
Mr Gallagher has more than 25 years’ experience in property, construction and development delivering a number of highly successful projects across Australia’s east coast.
Mr Gallagher has a Bachelor Business (Property) from RMIT in Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Mr Gore commented that this was an appropriate time to appoint a COO: “This appointment is made in response to the company’s growth and its significant national portfolio of projects,” said Mr Gore.
Peet Limited operates in every mainland state of Australia and continues to be well placed for long-term growth.
