OSLO, NORWAY: Waldorf Energy Netherlands B.V. (WEN) has entered into definitive agreements with Dana Petroleum Limited and Taqa Energy B.V. to acquire their respective upstream businesses in the Netherlands.

The financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. The transaction remains subject to obtaining final regulatory and other third-party approvals.

Waldorf Energy Netherlands is a wholly owned subsidiary of Waldorf Production Limited.
