NEW YORK: CI&T (NYSE: CINT), a global digital specialist, executed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Transpire Technology Pty Ltd, an award-winning Australian technology consultancy, to enhance its growth in APAC. The purchase price for the acquisition is AUD 23.4 million (USD 16.4 million).

Transpire Technology recorded AUD 15.5 million (USD 10.9 million) in net revenue in its fiscal year ended in June 2022. The completion of this transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and is expected to happen during the third quarter of 2022.
