LONDON, UK: Sanderson Design Group (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announced an exciting collaboration with Disney.
Under the terms of the licensing agreement, the Group’s Sanderson brand will be able to create wallpapers and fabrics based on a wide range of Disney Classic franchises.
The Group’s Sanderson archive has a unique collection of original wallpapers and fabrics based on classic Disney characters including Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, dating back to the 1930’s.
Products developed under the new agreement will be distributed internationally, including North America, EMEA, APAC and South-East Asia, through the Group’s existing sales and distribution network.
Liz Shortreed, EMEA Category Vice President, Disney, said: “We are pleased to be reinvigorating a global collaboration with Sanderson as part of our Disney Home brand. We are confident that these curated wallpaper and fabric ranges will bring fun, joy and escapism into people’s homes from 2023.”
Lisa Montague, Sanderson Design Group’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are delighted to sign this significant collaboration agreement with Disney. The Sanderson design archive includes a large number of original Disney wallpapers and fabrics from the 1930s, which we plan on accessing for these new products.”
