ASKER, NORWAY: The Board of Directors in Cambi ASA has appointed Eirik Fadnes as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company. He will assume his role directly following the Annual General Meeting 2022.
Eirik Fadnes succeeds Per Audun Lillebø, who has been proposed as Chair of the Board starting from the Annual General Meeting 2022.
Eirik has been employed in Cambi since 2019 and currently holds the position of CEO of the Cambi Group segment.
