OSLO, NORWAY: Elop’s AI business unit Simplifai has signed a strategically important agreement with Foreningen DGI Byen and a partnership agreement with Knowit Solutions, a bourse filing noted.
This marks a breakthrough for the company in Denmark, a market that will be important going forward.
Through the distribution partnership agreement with Knowit Solutions, Simplifai has signed the customer Foreningen DGI Byen, a hotel and event center in Copenhagen, serving about 1 million customers annually.
“We are delivering our digital employee for email management in their customer center. The digital employee will automate email handling and management, which will improve the responsiveness and opening hours. It will also take away repetitive task from their existing staff, enabling them to spend more time on quality service,” says Bård Myrstad, CEO of Simplifai.
The Danish market represents a great business potential for Simplifai, and with more deals to come, according to Myrstad.
“We are currently in the final stages of securing two major consulting partners within the financial services and insurance sector and public sector in the Danish market,” says Myrstad.
