AMSTERDAM: Allfunds Group is negotiating the potential acquisition of the entire share capital of Web Financial Group under an exclusivity agreement.
No binding agreement has yet been reached. Allfunds is in the process of completing its confirmatory due diligence and negotiating the final terms of the transaction, including the purchase price of approximately €150 million. Allfunds will keep the market informed of any material developments in relation to this process.
