SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: New Hope Corporation Limited (ASX: NHC) announced the appointments of Mr Robert Bishop as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company and Ms Rebecca Rinaldi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Both appointments are effective today.
Mr Bishop joined the Company as General Manager Corporate Development in 2019 and was subsequently appointed as CFO in October 2020. Most recently, Mr Bishop had been Acting CEO as announced on 14 January 2022. Mr Bishop has over 20 years’ experience in finance and executive leadership roles across the resources and manufacturing sectors.
Ms Rinaldi joined the Company in January 2021 as Financial Controller and most recently was appointed Acting CFO as announced on 1 February 2022. Ms Rinaldi has significant experience in chartered accounting and over 12 years’ experience in the resources industry.
