OSLO, NORWAY: Alexander Woxen has been appointed CEO of Huddly AS and will start in his new position on February 1, 2022.
Alexander Woxen will work alongside Co-founder Stein Ove Eriksen and Chairman Graham Williams to accelerate the scaling of the company and drive value creation.
With increased capacity and focus, Eriksen will continue working on product strategy and with strategic partners. He will also contribute as an advisor to the Board and later, subject to Annual General Meeting approval, join as Board Member. Graham Williams will continue to contribute to Huddly’s success as Chairman of the Board.
Having supported more than 300 Nordic tech companies, Alexander Woxen has first-hand experience identifying and working with great talent. He also has extensive experience with intrinsic value creation.

I have had the pleasure of working with him since we started the company in 2013, when he contributed both as an advisor and investor through StartupLab and personally”, says Stein Ove Eriksen.

As an advisor to Verdane Capital, and having served as Founding Partner and CEO of StartupLab from 2011 to 2020, Woxen has extensive venture capital and private equity background. He has supported a broad range of technology ventures – among which are Huddly, reMarkable, OnkoImmunity, Ardoq, and NoIsolation. Woxen holds a B. Sc. in Mathematics and Fluid Mechanics from the University of Oslo and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Alexander Woxen will be allocated options in Huddly, as part of his CEO contract. As per today, Woxen controls 107.000 shares in Huddly personally and through his private investment company and 72.000 shares through a family investment company.
