PARIS, FRANCE: Danone, a leading multi-local food and beverage company, agreed to sell Aqua d’Or, its Water and Beverage business in Denmark, to Royal Unibrew, a Denmark-based brewing and beverage company.
This sale is part of Danone’s strategic portfolio review and of the continuous optimization of its capital allocation. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
