LONDON, UK: Sureserve Group has appointed Peter Smith, currently Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, into the CEO role.
Peter has been with the business since July 2019 and has an extensive knowledge of both the business and the markets in which Sureserve operates.
The Group will now commence a recruitment process to identify and appoint a new Chief Financial Officer and will make a further announcement in this respect in due course. Peter Smith will continue to act as Chief Financial Officer in an interim capacity until a CFO appointment is made.
