LONDON, UK: Frontier IP, a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, notes a registration statement has been filed for portfolio company Exscientia Limited with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Exscientia in the United States of its shares.
