OSLO, NORWAY: The board of directors of Crayon Group Holding ASA, the digital transformation experts, has today resolved to appoint Melissa Mulholland as the Group’s new CEO.
Melissa was appointed as the Group’s Interim CEO on 15 March 2021. Mulholland previously worked for Microsoft where she led global strategy and business development.
She joined Crayon last year where she has driven its core cloud services and IP strategy worldwide, including data and AI.
“Crayon is an innovative company and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help further its global expansion and leverage the power of technology to drive the greater good”, Mulholland said.
“Melissa has been active in Norway’s IT community for years, but since her recent move here after joining the Crayon team, we’ve seen her make a significant difference in helping to promote innovation, diversity and compassionate leadership,” said Crayon co-founder Rune Syversen.
Melissa Mulholland has also been chosen as one of Norway’s Top 50 Women in Technology. For the fifth year in a row, the business association Abelia and the network for women in technology ODA have compiled a list of the Top 50 Women in Technology.
The award’s goal is to highlight talents and role models and inspire more women to choose a career in technology.
