Beter Bed Holding sells its Swedish business Sängjätten to Sengespecialisten
AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS: Beter Bed Holding (BBH) has completed the sale of its Swedish business Sängjätten to Sengespecialisten, a Danish subsidiary of the Lars Larsen Group.
The business will be operated through a Swedish entity. The completed divestment is an important step in the implementation of the new strategic direction for focused and accelerated growth.
Following the agreement reached on 28 May 2021, Lars Larsen Group has concluded its due diligence and all approvals have been obtained. The transaction is completed with economic effect per 30 June 2021. It has been agreed between parties that no financial details will be published.
