Glen Ole Rødland has resigned as Chair of Axactor SE Board 1

OSLO, NORWAY: Glen Ole Rødland has resigned as Chair of the Board of Axactor SE with immediate effect, a news release said.

“I regret to announce that I have resigned as Chair of the Axactor Board. I have had an exciting time in Axactor. Together with a very competent Board and management, we have further developed a sustainable platform and strategy which I expect will deliver high value creation for the investors, customers and other stakeholders,” says Glen Ole Rødland.

The Board has decided to elect current board member Merete Haugli as new interim Chair of the Board. The decision is supported by the Nomination committee. Ms Haugli has been a member of the Board since 20 January 2017 and knowns the management and the company well. She is currently chair in Norwegian property ASA and Nomination Committee Member in Mowi ASA and North Energy ASA.

As a consequence of the resignation the share option agreement with Mr Rødland will terminate and no further options will become vested after the termination.
