RIYADH: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Abunayyan Holding Group to establish a joint venture company with the aim of exploring the feasibility of building and developing green data centers based on renewable energy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSE).

The MOU provides a general framework to facilitate cooperation between the two parties to launch a joint company to establish Data Centers that work entirely on clean and sustainable energy.

The duration of the MOU is 180 days from signing the MOU which is a renewable one.

The MOU is aimed at the integration of the expertise of both parties to provide comprehensive solutions to Data Centers that work fully on clean and sustainable energy.
