LONDON: Carclo plc announced that Phil White will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Board with effect from 1 March 2021.
Phil has acted as Interim Chief Financial Officer since 16 December 2020.
Phil is a chartered accountant with many years of experience in senior finance roles in manufacturing and other industries. He has held Chief Financial Officer and Executive roles for several private and listed companies on both interim and permanent contracts.

Carclo also announces that Eric Hutchinson, who was appointed a Non-Executive Director on 7 January 2021, will take over as Chairman of the Audit Committee from Peter Slabbert, the current Audit Committee Chairman, with effect from 1 March 2021. Peter will step down from the Board on 31 March 2021.
