SYDENY: Identitii Limited announced that Mr. Stephen Porges has today resigned as a director of the Company, effective immediately.
Stephen Porges stated: “Although I am a strong believer in the Company and its solutions, after extensive discussions it appears the role is closer to a full-time commitment. With my other obligations I feel I would be unable to give this level of service. I do however look forward to assisting John and his team on an informal basis whilst he develops this vital service.”
The Company wishes to thank Stephen for the work that went into his appointment and understands his decision not to continue in the role.
