OSLO: LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA, one of Europe’s leading providers of mobile messaging and CPaaS solutions, has mandated ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 1 December 2020.

A 5-year senior unsecured fixed rate bond issue of up to EUR 200 million may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be applied to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes including acquisitions.
