The Brokers’ Excellence Rating was launched by DFM with the aim of further enhancing its investor services and strengthening Dubai’s position and the UAE as a leader in the financial industry regionally and globally.
The rating is carried out by experts and evaluators and takes into account the results of customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shoppers.
The rating model’s objectives include increasing quality and productivity, enhancing competitiveness, increasing knowledge of DFM products and services, providing guidelines and ensuring ethical conduct across organizations.
