The Brokers’ Excellence Rating was launched by DFM with the aim of further enhancing its investor services and strengthening Dubai’s position and the UAE as a leader in the financial industry regionally and globally.
The rating is carried out by experts and evaluators and takes into account the results of customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shoppers.
