PERTH: Iress Limited announced the appointment of Joydip Das to the role of Chief Product Officer. Mr Das will be a member of Iress’ leadership team, reporting to Iress CEO Andrew Walsh.
Mr Walsh, said: “Following a global search I am delighted to announce the appointment of Joydip to lead ourproduct vision and team.
“Joydip brings more than 20 years’ experience in software product leadership, across various markets and industries. He led the creation of SAP’s first SaaS applications and cloud business unit, Ariba’s global sourcing platform and Sales force’s next-generation marketing data and customer engagement platform.
“I have been impressed with Joydip’s broad experience and focus on building strong, innovative product teams, with a clear focus on scale and results.”
Prior to joining Iress, Mr Das was Head of Product at Socrates AI – an early-stage, US-based start-up, where he led the creation of portfolio strategy and product roadmap for a conversational AI platform for enterprises. Before that, Mr Das was Vice President of Product at Krux Digital, a marketing data management platform acquired by Salesforce in 2016, as well as holding senior product leadership roles at Ariba, SAP and Australian energy automation startup Daintree Networks.
Mr Das will commence in the new role from 14 September 2020 and will be based in Melbourne.
