VANCOUVER: CannAmerica Brands Corp. entered into a long-term licensing agreement and brand partnership with Arsenal Oils and Extracts under which Arsenal will have an exclusive license to manufacture and distribute CannAmerica branded products and Live Labs in Colorado.

“We are pleased to announce that with this agreement CannAmerica branded products will not only be more widely available throughout Colorado marijuana dispensaries, but our ability to enhance our menu offerings like we have in Oklahoma will provide Colorado’s cannabis consumer with more CannAmerica products before the end of the year,” said Dan Anglin, CEO and Co-Founder of CannAmerica.

“Our CannAmerica family of licensees continues to accurately reflect the diversity of the makeup of the population of America,” Anglin continued.

“Arsenal Oils and Extracts is a military veteran and black-owned company with six years of experience creating high-quality cannabis products in Colorado. We are very excited about working with Arsenal Oils and Extracts, considering that I am also a veteran and our brand image is reflective of the veterans who have given all so that we may have the freedoms we enjoy in America, like being involved in the cannabis industry.”

“Additionally, this is our second licensee in our CannAmerica family that is a black-owned cannabis business, which we firmly believe is a a priority for our industry to continue to make strides towards righting the wrongs of the unjust drug war in America, “ Anglin said.

“Our commitment to finding partners to manufacture and represent our brand in legal states across the nation includes ensuring that we’ve considered the diversity and commitment to equality within the management and mission of our potential licensees. As the people who represent our brand within their territory, the ability to effectively manufacture and distribute the products is equal to their commitment to the bigger picture of ensuring that cannabis is not only available to all, but that all are able to be included in the industry.”

The execution of this agreement coincides with the termination of the original agreement with Winkanda. The terms of the termination coincide with the transition of ownership of that company, allowing both sides to mutually terminate the original agreement without penalty.

“We value the years we have worked with the Winkanda team and wish them well in their next steps of their transition,” said Dan Anglin, CEO CannAmerica Brands.

Additionally, the Company announced that it has resolved to issue 538,503 new shares to certain consultants at a deemed price of $0.02 per share. The issuance of common shares is subject to the prior approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. All common shares issued in connection with this issuance will be subject to a four month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.

CannAmerica is a U.S. marine veteran founded and operated portfolio of cannabis brands with licensing agreements in the states of Colorado, Nevada, Oklahoma, Maryland, Massachusetts and the Country of Canada.
