SINGAPORE: The Board of Directors of Envictus International Holdings Limited announced that Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency has been appointed as the liquidator for the voluntary winding-up of Naturalac Nutrition Limited (NNL), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company incorporated in New Zealand.
The Liquidation was undertaken as NNL had ceased its business operations since March 2020 and is part of the Group’s restructuring exercise.
The Liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and the consolidated earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 September 2020.
Save for their respective shareholding interest in the Company (if any), none of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or indirect, in the liquidation, other than through their respective shareholdings in the company.
Envictus International Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company’s segments include Dairies, Trading & Frozen Food, Food Services and Food Processing. Its Dairies segment is primarily involved in the distribution of sweetened creamer and evaporated creamer under the brand SuJOHAN.
