DUBAI, UAE: Deyaar Development, one of Dubai’s largest property development and real estate services companies along with Millennium Hotels & Resorts, one of the fastest-growing hotel management companies in the region, announced that the project work of the four-star hotel and superior serviced apartments Millennium Al Barsha Hotel is now completed and expected to open its doors this August.

The seven-story property has a total of 408 units, consisting of 109 serviced apartments (with 93 one-beds and 16 two-beds), and 299 hotel rooms (with 15 suites). The interior design is elegant and charming with natural colors and wood.

The facilities include two lobbies (one for hotel and one for residences), a Moroccan cuisine restaurant with outdoor space, all-day dining restaurant, spa, gym and kids play area.

The leisure facilities include dedicated areas for men and women with a ladies-only swimming pool.

Millennium Al Barsha Hotel is a walking distance from the shopping and leisure destination Mall of the Emirates with easy access to Dubai Metro and Sheikh Zayed Road.
