Teleperformance, a global leader in digital business services, announced the launch of TP Infinity, a global digital consulting arm that aims to help clients build stronger brands through enhanced customer experience (CX).
TP Infinity combines Teleperformance’s digital CX and transformation services with three independent digital companies that were integrated through its recent acquisition of Majorel: IST Networks, Findasense, and Junokai.
TP Infinity offers a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, technology, data analytics, design and creative services, and operates in 15 countries across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Daniel Julien, Chairman and CEO of Teleperformance Group, said that TP Infinity will allow the company to invest in value-added services and leverage AI-powered solutions to accelerate CX transformation for its clients. Teleperformance is a global leader in digital business services that reported consolidated revenue of €8,154 million and net profit of €645 million in 2022.
