
LONDON: File Forge Technology PLC, soon to be renamed Amirose London Holdings PLC, announced Friday the completion of its acquisition of Amirose London Ltd. and the admission of its enlarged share capital to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange.
The company’s 117,483,865 ordinary shares, priced at £0.05 each, began trading at 8 a.m. under the ticker symbol “ALH.” The formal name change to Amirose London Holdings PLC will take effect once Companies House issues a new certificate of incorporation.
Alfred Henry Corporate Finance Ltd. has been appointed as the company’s corporate finance advisor. The company’s new website is https://amiroselondon.com.

Amirose provides contract manufacturing services for personal care brands, assisting with product formulation, packaging, manufacturing and regulatory compliance. The Thetford, Norfolk-based company serves about 75 customers and 200 brands, employing 86 people.
The company reported £12.7 million in turnover and £38,800 in profit for the year ended March 30, 2024. Draft unaudited accounts for 2025 showed approximately £11 million in turnover and breakeven EBITDA.
Amirose aims to expand by utilizing excess factory capacity and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
Fundraising and Market Capitalization
The company raised £245,500 through a subscription tied to its market admission. An additional £65,000 was raised in a placing to support working capital, with 1.3 million new shares expected to begin trading around June 9.
At admission, the company’s market capitalization was £5,874,193.
