LEBUS: Green Landscaping Group (Publ) has acquired Wagner Straßen-, Tief- & Rohrleitungsbau GmbH, a civil engineering and landscaping company based in Lebus, Brandenburg.
Founded in 2007, Wagner has built a reputation as a reliable partner in earthwork, civil engineering and landscaping in the greater Berlin area. The company, led by founder and Managing Director Steffen Wagner, employs approximately 30 people and reported net sales of about €11 million in 2024.
Regional Manager Matthias Asdonk of Green Landscaping Germany said the acquisition strengthens the group’s role in Berlin’s ongoing development. “The Wagner team’s extensive experience in public and private sector projects will add significant value to our operations. We are excited about long-term collaboration with Steffen Wagner and his team.”
Wagner expressed optimism about the partnership, citing opportunities for growth and innovation. “We have built a strong market position through our quality and reliability. Joining Green Landscaping Group enhances our capacity and allows us to explore new opportunities alongside industry partners,” he said.
Green Landscaping Group acquired 100% of Wagner’s shares, financing the deal through cash and a share transfer in Green Landscaping Group AB. Wagner, the former owner, is now a shareholder in the company.
