PARIS: Technology company Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLN) (OTCQX: LLEIF) announced Monday that it recorded its best quarter ever between January and March 2025, reporting €5.29 million in sales—up 12% compared to the same period last year.
The Spain-based company, which specializes in certification, notification, and registered electronic signature services, also posted an EBITDA of €1.22 million, marking an 84% increase and the highest in its history. Operating profit surged 387% to €716,000, while pre-tax profit reached €641,000, a 477% jump from the prior year.
CEO and founder Sisco Sapena credited the company’s financial success to its cost control strategy, internal reorganization, and expansion across Europe and Latin America throughout 2024.
“When we launched our Recovery Plan in November 2023, we knew there was work to be done to regain our market position and the confidence of our shareholders,” Sapena said in a statement. “This quarter’s historic results prove that our approach was the right one and will continue to be so.”
Lleida.net’s Registered Electronic Contracting product line led the way, growing 31%, followed by commercial SMS services, which saw a 29% increase. At the same time, the company reduced its net financial debt by 7%, cutting nearly €500,000.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net holds more than 300 patents in its segment across 60 countries.
