Zalaris wins extension of SAP Application Management Services agreement

OSLO: Zalaris ASA, the provider of Payroll and HR Solutions, has won the extension of its SAP Application Management Services (AMS) agreement with the German state North Rhine-Westphalia.

The four-year contract covers the delivery of up to 5000 mandays of consulting capacity to be delivered from Zalaris’ German Professional Services organization.

The agreement encompasses SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Application Management Services, from securing payroll accuracy to efficient delivery of digital processes to the North Rhine-Westphalia Payroll and Pension Shared Service Center. The center serves nearly 700’000 employees and pensioners monthly.

“Our many years of service to North Rhine-Westphalia demonstrate what Zalaris routinely does for customers everywhere,” explained Harald Goetsch, Zalaris’ executive vice president, Central Europe and country manager, Germany. “It’s about continuously providing high value while maintaining and enhancing SAP HCM and payroll solutions for peak performance.”

Zalaris CEO and founder Hans-Petter Mellerud added, “Extending our relationship another four years with Germany’s largest public employer reflects Zalaris’ increasing success in this sector as well as in relation to our overall regional stability, growth and expansion. North Rhine-Westphalia is Germany’s most populous state and currently outpaces all others in contribution to the country’s domestic economy. We are in a great position to help companies in both private and public sectors optimize their payroll and HCM services, including user experience from all perspectives.”
