Integrative Life and Integrative Health merge to create Peregrine Health

Two companies that provide mental and behavioral healthcare services have merged to form a new company called Peregrine Health, Inc. (Peregrine). The merger was announced today, along with a $7M Series A fundraising round led by BIP Ventures.

Peregrine Health is a combination of Integrative Life Network, LLC (ILN) and Integrative Health Centers, Inc. (IHC). ILN offers residential and outpatient programs for various mental and behavioral health disorders in four states. IHC is a telemedicine platform that connects underserved communities with specialized mental and behavioral health providers.

The new company aims to create a national platform that supports individuals navigating mental and behavioral health disorders through a coordinated continuum of telehealth, outpatient, and residential services.

Ryan Chapman, the founder of ILN and IHC, and the CEO of Peregrine, said that the vision for Peregrine is to fill the gaps in the delivery of quality mental and behavioral healthcare services. He said that Peregrine will enable patients to successfully navigate their treatment journeys within the same ecosystem of providers.

Mark Buffington, the Managing Partner of BIP Ventures, said that they are proud to invest in Peregrine Health. He said that Peregrine has built a platform that extends high-quality care to geographies and demographics that often receive sub-par care. He said that Peregrine’s rapid growth and high customer retention are a testament to the massive need in the marketplace and the quality of Peregrine’s solution.
