LONDON, UK: Carr’s (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering group, has revealed some changes to its leadership team, as well as the date for its annual results.
As announced earlier, Peter Page, the current Chief Executive Officer, will leave the Board and the Company on 17 November 2023. He will be succeeded by David White, the current Chief Financial Officer, who will become the new Group Chief Executive Officer.
David joined Carr’s in January 2023 and has extensive international experience in senior leadership, operations and finance roles at Aggreko plc.
Gavin Manson will take over as the new Chief Financial Officer from 13 November 2023. Gavin has a track record of executive and non-executive roles in both public and private companies, such as Electra Private Equity PLC and Premier Farnell plc. Gavin will not join the Board immediately, but will attend Board meetings as a guest.
Martin Rowland, who became a Non-executive Director in March 2023 under the Relationship Agreement with Harwood Capital Management Limited, will become an Executive Director of Transformation from 13 November 2023. Martin has a background in investment, operational and strategic roles in mid-size and large corporates. The Relationship Agreement with Harwood will remain unchanged.
The Board plans to make more appointments to the leadership team in the coming months to support the execution of the Group’s strategic plan.
The Group will announce its results for the year ended 2 September 2023, along with an update on its strategy, in December.
