Boston Omaha’s InfoWest buys SunRiver Fiber Network in Utah

InfoWest, a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation, has acquired the SunRiver Fiber Network and its internet and VoIP customers from Cable Systems of Nevada.

The deal adds about 2,700 fiber passings and 1,000 active fiber customers to InfoWest’s existing fiber network in St. George, Utah. InfoWest’s Co-Founders, Randy Cosby and Kelly Nyberg, said that the acquisition will enhance their service quality, customer experience and strategic growth plan.

Cable Systems is a provider of internet, video and voice services in Southern Utah, Nevada and Colorado. InfoWest is part of Boston Omaha Broadband, which operates four broadband companies in 13 states.
