FRANKLIN: Salute Mission Critical, a global leader in data center services, has acquired OBMG Ltd, a European firm specializing in commissioning and QA/QC for mission critical facilities.
The acquisition strengthens Salute’s international presence and capabilities for commissioning and QA/QC, as OBMG Ltd has a strong reputation and experience in these services. OBMG Ltd is based in Athlone, Ireland, and will join Salute’s European service offerings.
This is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions by Salute to expand its portfolio of services in EMEA. In November 2022, Salute acquired AMS Helix, a UK-based provider of project management and sustainability solutions for digital infrastructure. In December 2022, Salute also acquired Iconicx, a leading U.S. provider of commissioning and QA/QC services for hyperscale and colocation data centers.
