BRI Wealth Management acquires Singular Financial Planning, expands in Midlands

expands in Midlands

LONDON: Singular Financial Planning, a Worcestershire-based firm, has been acquired by BRI Wealth Management, a UK-based company, for an unknown amount.

The transaction adds £30m ($38m, €35m) of assets under management to BRI and increases its presence in the wealth management sector in the Midlands.

BRI Wealth Management’s chief executive, Dan Boardman-Weston, said: “I’m proud of what our team has achieved in the last few months, as we have seen significant growth and change for BRI. Our clients, potential employees and advisers who want to retire from the industry appreciate our offering and long-term vision.

“We keep investing in our business despite the challenging market conditions, to assist the growing number of people who need professional financial advice.

“BRI is on a strong path and our recent acquisitions and enlarged team make us confident that we will become the leading regional wealth manager and reach £1bn of assets under management in the next few years. However, our main goal is still to be the best and not the biggest.”

This acquisition comes after BRI bought Bransford Financial Planning in January 2023.
