LONDON, UK: Franchise Brands plc, an international multi-brand franchise business, has announced the appointment of Mark Fryer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 2 August 2023.
Mark Fryer is a seasoned CFO with 25 years of experience in public and private equity companies, spanning various sectors such as waste, business services, industrial services, franchising, manufacturing and electronics.
He has previously served as Group CFO of Augean plc, Dialight plc and Manganese Bronze Holdings plc, among others, and has a track record of delivering M&A, operational and business improvement in complex international environments.
He is a chartered accountant and started his career with EY.
Mark Fryer will replace Andrew Mallows, who has been acting as Interim CFO since November 2022 and will resume his role as Group Commercial Director.
