LONDON, UK: Origin Enterprises plc, the international Agronomy-Services group that provides specialist advice, inputs and digital solutions to promote sustainable land use, has announced the acquisition of British Hardwood Tree Nursery Limited (BHT), one of the UK’s leading suppliers of bare root trees, shrubs, hedgerow plants and planting accessories.

The acquisition is part of Origin’s strategy to strengthen its amenity, environmental and ecological portfolio, as well as to support its customers in tackling climate change and restoring biodiversity through tree planting.

BHT, based in Lincolnshire, has over 30 years of experience in supplying quality plants and planting accessories to the forestry, farming, estate management, corporate and landscaping sectors. BHT also offers planting advice and horticultural services to its customers.
