LONDON, UK: Personal Group plc, a company that provides workforce benefits and services, has announced that its Group Chief Executive, Deborah Frost, will be retiring at the end of the year.
Frost has been on the board for eight years and will step down as Group Chief Executive and from the board on December 31, 2023, to pursue a portfolio career.
After conducting a thorough recruitment process, the company has appointed Paula Constant as its new Group Chief Executive and Executive Director, pending regulatory approval.
Paula Constant is expected to join Personal Group on September 1, 2023, and an orderly transition will take place.
Frost joined the board in 2015 as a Non-Executive Director before becoming Group Chief Executive in February 2019. She oversaw a significant period of change and transformation within the company following the acquisition of Innecto People Consulting Limited.
Constant has over 20 years of experience in telecoms, banking, and outsourcing, with executive roles at National Australia Bank, Mitie, BT, Vodafone, and Accenture.
She is currently the CEO of Woven Solutions Group Limited and has a strong track record of delivering growth through enhancing distribution and improving customer service in both B2C and B2B organizations.
Martin Bennett, Chairman of Personal Group, expressed his gratitude for Frost’s contributions to the company and its transformation into a leading benefits provider. Bennett also expressed his excitement about Constant’s appointment and the opportunities for growth ahead.
