LONDON, UK: Titon Holdings Plc, a leading international manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems, and window and door hardware announces that Alexandra French, Chief Executive Officer, has agreed with the Board that she will step down from her role as Chief Executive Officer and will leave the Board with immediate effect.
The Board intends to initiate a formal executive search process to identify a new Chief Executive Officer as soon as possible and will update the market in due course. Until such time as a new Chief Executive Officer is appointed, the Senior Leadership Team under the guidance of Carolyn Isom, Chief Financial Officer and Tyson Anderson, Deputy Chair, will lead the business.
Keith Ritchie, Non-executive Chair of Titon, said: “The Board of Titon thank Alexandra for her hard work over the last year and wish her well for the future. The search for a new CEO will start as soon as possible. In the meantime the senior leadership team under Carolyn and Tyson’s interim leadership will continue to manage the business in close collaboration with me and the Non-executive Directors. Current trading remains in line with the guidance set out by the Board at the AGM on 22 March 2023.”
