LONDON, UK: Goldplat plc, the AIM listed mining services company, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, announced the appointment of Gerard Kemp, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect, succeeding Gerard Kisbey-Green who has decided to stand down as Chairman of the Company, but will remain as an independent Non-Executive Director.
Gerard Kemp has been an independent Non-Executive Director of Goldplat since September 2022, and with his significant industry and investment banking experience, the Company believes that he is well qualified to guide the board of directors.
